My complaint:
Bought a battery replacement for a Milwaukee cordless tool and they sent a replacement for a DeWalt tool (obvious difference) send 4 requests with the pictures clearly showing the error, every time they answer the same thing, (the product was right and need to charge first) finally they agreed to a refund but never accepted any wrong doing. Had to pay shipping to send the battery back and never receivedy money back
Suggested solution:
Full refund, shipping and an apology
(Pictured the battery they sent, yellow, and a real Milwaukee battery, mine). Just doesn't fit.
