My complaint:
I was lured into WISH with what looked like an outstanding deal. I decided to try them out with free and a couple of dollars sales.. On my first encounter, I noticed a debit to my bank account for nearly $800. I reviewed the sale to see several items came up between $40 and $110. It seems I selected something that wasn’t free. I showed several random people the listing and asked what they thought they were getting. They said the same. Now.i have 2 items that they refuse to refund. Yet they still offer a satisfaction guarantee. These practices are misleading, deceptive, and fraudulent.
Suggested solution:
I am mostly wanting a refund. But people should know about this and beware. In the picture attached the vacuum is actually $24 plus a lot for shipping.
