My complaint:

So I wanted to buy a stuffed animal. I placed my order did the payment of 9 euros my payment was successful. However, I did not receive any ation email whatsoever. After I did my payment, it says something went wrong and then my order went back to the shopping list BUT at a higher price. I have no idea what is happening but my money was already deducted. There is no ation whatsoever. I still have the payment proof if you guys want to see it.
