Wish complaint: Did not received what I had ordered

My complaint:

I ordered a pair of snow boots for $20 I have not received them yet but it’s telling me that I received them on on the 22nd of January and the reason why I know I did receive them because I’m at home 247 I received all the rest of my packages except for the boots and I asked 101 times so now they stopped answering my text messages my complaints so now I have to do something else because I really would love to have my shoes but if not at least refund me my money I don’t want to pay for something that don’t have I called FedEx FedEx told me that the post office was supposed to deliver them so I call my post office I gave them my tracking number and they told me that the tracking number was no good it doesn’t even freaking work so again how did I receive any shoes I haven’t yet and I still have it but I’m getting to the point to where I’m getting tired of dealing with wish and they’re not answering me to wear I I will sue them even if it is my $20 but it’s my money and I worked for it and I want what I paid for it but like I said I would rather have my boots but if not at least a refund me my money

Suggested solution:

Refund my money or send me another pair of boots but I prefer to have the shoes so if I had to shoe why would I want another pair really
