My complaint:
I sent back the product twice to the original company. Do to the pandemic virus. Once in February and again in August. The wish customer service. Says it’s resolved. No it not. I didn’t get a refund. I refused to touch the product due to the virus. Had the post office deliver it back to the original company. I don’t have the product I don’t want it. Tracking number is LW500056017CN . the money owed is $33.00. This is not resolved on my end.
Suggested solution:
Give me back my $33.00 for the refund of the product I returned to my company .
