My complaint:

The lady who owned pretty and prestige loft made it hard to pick up a package when I went down there they claim they didn’t have the earrings and that somebody was going to call me back now I’m getting noticed that the package is available to be picked up but when I get down there it’s always a problem either the loft is closed or closed that she can’t scan it I have made a copy of the order from another phone and because I didn’t have service on that phone I just took a picture of my order and that code on another phone and I took it to that wireless company to pick up my oil bottle they didn’t have no problem scanning that code on a picture but this lady claimed that she’s not able to do this on the phone now I have a refund but I wanted the earrings

Suggested solution:

I want the items or a full refund you go down to that loft she's hardly there and then she's giving you a problem trying to see what orders there
