Wish complaint: I ordered a phone and it says that it has arrived and been signed for when it hasn’t

My complaint:

I made a order for a phone it says it has been signed for by household which I haven’t even received the phone I would either like to find out where my order is or have a refund this is item tracking number but it don’t work

Suggested solution:

Either have a refund or find out where my order is
