My complaint:

I ordered five items that have not arrived yet even though the due date for arrival has long past. wish refunded me for the items minus the shipping. they said I will still get the items and can keep them even though I have been refunded. however what I want to know is what happens if I dont get the items and the company never refunded me for the shipping costs? I want my shipping costs refunded as well if I am not going to get the items i ordered as if I dont get the shipping costs or the items then I am out of money and lost some money? how do I get my shipping costs reimbursed
