My complaint:
And a very good wish customer and do like buying from them. What I bought a queen-size air mattress for my daughter 2 months and 3 weeks ago. Well the actual pump to pump up the bed totally broke. I understand they have a 30-day policy for return but the pump breaking is not our fault we did not break it it was a malfunction with your product. I didn’t want to refund all I wanted was whiscash to go buy another air mattress but your customer service people were horrible I got hung up on three times and one of them was a supervisor her name was Erica. What really upsets me buy it is that my eight year old daughter was sleeping in it it said she wasn’t able to pump it back up all the air came out in both sides of the air mattress were on top of her she had a severe anxiety attack because of this

I do understand you have a 30-day return policy but I had only had this air mattress for 2 months and 3 weeks in since the pump roads on it and it's an internal pump so I can't even get a different pump I think it is my right as a wish customer thing is good customer as I am if they could just return my money to wish cash because I would really like to buy another one thank you
