My complaint:
I had paid and placed about 9 orders since beginning of Febuary 2020, but i now have 2 tiny items, so im just hoping the mail gates are open and the rest of my orders arrive.
Suggested solution:
Check their files and see who has and hasn't been sent their parcels, im forever checking my Order History and letting them know if ive received an item or not, you have to do this from time to time or wish will tell you that the item is past the enquirie time date, great! i would have thought that was their job to check, i paid my part of the deal!
