My complaint:
I have ordered a 3D Marilyn Monroe queen size bed spread set.
I noticed on my app it was said order was received by me, yet I did not receive it.
I have been emailing support for two days now and they keep asking me for the same information to locate order.
I provided them with ID numbers, tracking numbers ect.
Yet they keep asking me for the same information and are telling me I need to provide this information otherwise they cannot help me.
I even sent them attachments of my order which is on my Wish App.
Yet they have not let me know they are looking into it or even trying to find my order.
I have multiple orders with this company and yet I’m not confident I will see any product.
Suggested solution:
They have told me nothing they can do without tracking number, which I’ve provided 4 times.
Now not responding to my emails.
