My complaint:
I am very upset, I have been shopping at the wish app ,they have false advertising, you order something when eventually you receive it it’s not what it is suppose to be .you can’t call them you have to send a message that’s nearly impossible as it only let’s you select topic that they want to hear it’s such a bad bad experience they won’t refund your hard earned money I’ve had several items not even arrive but they kept my money .I ordered a rug 45 dollars it was horrible cheap cheap o paid for it and also shipping so I could receive but when I took it to return I was charged $15 something is not right ,I’m out of pocket no merchandise and they have my money please someone has to stop this please help cannot contact them . Thank you.
Suggested solution:
Either refunds or let public be known they are not what they say the merchandise is cheap garbage no lie but they keep your money.
