My complaint:

I was charged on 1st Nov. on my Visa card an amount of $130, I have received a ring, bracelet, unicorn clock, ‘friends’ hat and a pitiful makeup case, yes I did order these, but where is the rest of my items $130, what a rip off, when items are $1,$2, etc. I am very unhappy, these goods my granddaughters picked out for Xmas because they were cheap for Nana to buy, well, I will never recommend you people to anyone and thanks for spoiling my little ones Xmas Wendy Lienert.
