My complaint:
I placed online order for Purchase of a unit of iPad Pro 9.7Air Ultra slim Laptop but didn’t know how I made error in my placement order that resulted in the sums of 19,542.34 and 19,5443.91 which amounted to the cost of two items instead of one, were deducted from my account on 20042020. I have since pleaded sorry for the inadvertent mistake and ask for Refund of one of the two payments back to my bank account but without any response so far. Please help me check what Wish had done to resolve this matter.
