My complaint:
I placed an order with several items – Order ID: 5ea57014a8abf2a28b345db6. All of these items are supposedly on their way but nothing has been received at all. The only one which I have ation that it was delivered by DHL is a necklace – and DHL have ed that it was delivered to the address which they were given by Wish – which is completely incorrect!! I have emailed Wish 7 times but received absolutely no response.
Suggested solution:
I have no confidence in Wish at all anymore and I would like a full refund please.
