My complaint:

ry three months approximately and a recurring monthly withdrawal of $5.99. I am 87 yrs old disabled,

and on a limited income. I have to take care of everything online what I payout and what services people pay me for. PayPal handles everything. But I have tried through their resolution center, to stop payment for this group, temporarily while they were investigating.. Now my dispute has been denied and my case closed,because they have determined that I authorized payments. I received nothing,in the beginning, and I received nothing on a monthly recurring basis (maybe subscription) from them. So, I don’t know what to do. I will ask our Attorney General to help. I don’t know if the AG can help me. I am so upset, I’m afraid I will have a stroke co
