My complaint:
On April 18th and April 19th I informed Wish that there had been fraudulent activity on my account and funds had been taken from my bank account in the sums of £42 and £53. I received responses from Wish to the effect that someone would contact me but I have heard nothing since.
After the second transaction I have had to replace my debit card and this has caused some inconvenience.
Suggested solution:
I would like Wish to refund me the sums mentioned (£42 and £53) without further delay.
