My complaint:
In attempting to cancel an item, the website said it would send a code to my email. It never did so I hit resend the code and it still never did. I checked my spam folder it wasn’t in there. I have chosen to go ahead and cancel the entire order and have called my bank and submitted a claim. You are no longer authorized to use my card number.
Suggested solution:
With my claim to Wells Fargo. I submitted it today December 23rd 2020.
