My complaint:

I have placed multiple orders with Wish. I understand that they are a on-line selling house for mainly Chinese manufacturers. I understand that Covid-19 has caused delivery problems. But! I place order with expected delivery date shown as 21 days. 2 months passes and the expected delivery date is changing daily and being added to. I placed an Order 1st February. Now May 4th and the item is now due to arrive 30th May! Sometimes they have not shipped the goods and say they cannot cancel the order.

Suggested solution:

If there is a delay I should be told and offered a refund if the expected delivery day is too long away.
