My complaint:
You refunded my order becouse there is problem in your site or dealer, i paid the price everything and then i received invoice from post to pay tax and delivery fees although my first item came without any tax or fees and it was the same item with different color then i paid this invoice !! then surprised that you canceled the order becouse you can’t reach it, who must pay this invoice? Its your mistake not mine! All problems comes from your side Delay in time and canceled the order and then i paid for this items , how must pay For all these things and wasting my time?And then i received email that you will refunded only the price of the item !! Actually i feeling angry , lots of problems, wasting time , lost my money with unprofessional company
