My complaint:
I ordered an item before the 20th of September for an express delivery, the item was meant to be here by the 26th of September.
Their page states that if I hadn’t received the item by the 29th of September that I am eligible for a full refund.
It is now October the 6th and I have still not received the item or a refund. I have contact the wish support agent multiple times and they keep refusing me a refund.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund.
