My complaint:

Hello,

I ordered two items (order : 5ed695ca7eff037eec491c8a) , ordered on the 2nd June 2020 from China. The destination was France.

The delivery date was originally in June. However, this kept being pushed forward, first by 2 weeks, then again, then again… They lied about the original delivery date. Finally the delivery date was set to the 12th August 2020, over TWO MONTHS after the order date !

According to the Merchant Policy 7.5., the merchant is responsible for 100% of the cost of any refund for that order, as my item was not delivered within 16 Days. It took over 90 days !!
I was at home and, contrary to what is written on my account, the attempted order never happened. If this was the case, I would have received a notification in paper in my mailbox at home. This is, therefore, not true, or they got the address wrong. This is in NO WAY my fault as I provided the correct adress.

I would like a full refund of my two items, EUR €27.43, in respect with the Merchant Policy 7.5.
