My complaint:

Purchased a mobile phone from Wish, which cost £100. After I received the phone I decided that I no longer required the phone. I contacted Wish to request a refund and return. Wish Sent me the details and the postage label for the item. I sent the phone back to Wish 1st July 2020. I keep checking if they have received the package but they website says it is in transit. I can’t contact them as their website is automated.
