My complaint:
I started to ask for a refund when it was determined that my coat would not arrive in December as stated. I asked through email numerous times for them to refund my credit card but I just kept getting back emails that said nothing. Just now I got another request to reply to their email, 32748606, but it says nothing. They told me I hadn’t done anything in their 30 day window and that’s BS. My order was WI001439418037FPL.
Suggested solution:
Refund my credit card or mail me a check for the full amount.
