My complaint:
The Wish Company sent me a damaged and broken Smartphone S20U, that I ordered from them. This company took approximately three months to send me the Smartphone S20U.
The Wish Company closed my account on this smartphone purchased, so that stops me from directly obtaining an exchange for the Smartphone, or a complete refund.
I have left approximately 20 text messages with the Wish Company, but, it has fallen on deaf ears, and, this issue has been going on for a while now.

Suggested solution:
First, the Wish Company should open my account under the Order ID number provided below.
Second, the Wish Company should provide me with a full refund, for sending me a broken and damaged Smartphone S20U.
