My complaint:
I have tried to collect my goods from the local shop. He scanned my barcodes which did not work. I have been emailing wish for weeks now and can not get them to understand that the problem is with the barcodes on collection. They can’t understand that I want to collect my goods but every time I did the scanner collect code wouldn’t work. They have refunded part of my money. This is no fault if mine and now I have lost my goods and had a partial refund. I did not want this I wanted my goods
Suggested solution:
Send new barcodes which I have asked. Seen as this has not happened I would like a refund in full as it is nor my fault the barcodes did not work
