My complaint:

I placed an order for paper towels with this company. My order number was 5e974fdle6a68351c480d513. I received notification that my order was shipped by UPS with tracking number 1Z2RV706YW28753214. I then received notice that the order had been delivered to my local post office. Finally, I received notice that the order had been delivered. The order was never delivered to me. I called the post office. The post office stated that they had delivered the package to the address UPS provided, but when they researched the UPS tracking number the address was not mine. I never received the order.

Suggested solution:

Either reship my order to the address on my ation or remove product charges from my credit card account.
