My complaint:
I ordered 3 pairs of shorts size 3xl when they arrived they were size 30 inch waist. I contacted wish to return the item and they emailed me a return label.
The item was posted back but the refund never arrived so I sent them several emails which they failed to respond to until I said I would take it further.
That got me 18 euros refund even though I had returned everything.
I then got a second18 euros refund.
They refused to give me a full refund until I return the item which has already been done and have sent them a copy of the couriers receipt.
Would not buy or recommend them to anyone.
Suggested solution:
Give me the rest of my refund. 18 euros
