My complaint:

I ordered some items sometime in October.
7 items to be precise. I would have loved to recieve my order in one basket and pay postage once.

To my disappointment i received only 3 items all separated. The fourth was a worthless plastic bracelet that i didn’t even order.
I still haven’t received yhe other 4 items seven months after the purchase!

Suggested solution:

I need a refund. Nothing esle.
