My complaint:

I have ordered 2 laptops in the space of a couple of days between each order placed, these item have never been available. This I consider a failure to produce these items for sale on each occasion either the items are available or never existed. I have to wait 14 days for the refund for both items
Wish have conducted thereselves with Co tempt to the customer. I would like full reimbursement of monies in the next 48hrs and to cancel all my orders with a full refund for all items recently purchased they are not a credible company and should be investigated to there Conduct on orders placed which misrepentation of business conduct, I wait your reply in the next few days

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Make full payment of refund on items such as laptops and goods over £50 GBP within a few days without question. A internal investigation on why these items were ever even put on sale a failure to produce these items the company should compensate for there failure to produce these items it seems they never existed giving false sales which seems to me illegal.
