My complaint:

I have multiple fraudulent purchases on my account done by somebody that Has obtained enough information to do whatever they want with my account this is a major lack of security and I want something done about it

Number one I’d like to get reimbursed for the illegal purchases number two I’d like you to close my fucking account like I’ve been trying to do for two days now but all I do is get an automated response from a fucking AI I wanna talk to a real goddamn person
