My complaint:

Back in Dec. 2020, I ordered 2 ebikes at different times, a couple weeks apart! Prices were 482.00 for one and 321.00 for the other! The charges were levied against my credit card and are still on my card not paid! I have not received anything despite them saying delivery by Jan. 7. I got an email saying that the bikes I ordered are out of stock and can’t be delivered! They suggested I buy a pile of other stuff instead of pulling the charge off my credit card! I will not buy other stuff, I want my money back, 803.00 dollars to be exact! If I cannot get them to refund my money, I will contact my credit card co. And tell them to investigate these charges from wish as I am not paying it. No bikes, no money! I retired this year, I am a senior citizen and already they are trying to rip me off! One way or the other, I am not paying those charges on my credit card because they are illegal. I may also have to cancel my card and delete wish off my tablet! Your costomer, Dave O’Quinn

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

By pulling the charges of 482 321 dollars off my mastercard because the goods are not available and they have not followed up on any shipping details, they just put charges through to my credit card. I want the orders cancelled and a full refund!
