My complaint:
I purchased a Woman’s Fashion Cotton Hooded Loose Pullover Coat Outer wear Jacket around November 12, 2019. I paid $3.63 for item. Supposively I didnt get the special deal on it so I got a message saying I wasnt the first buyer on the special promotion price for this item. When they refunded me they only gave me a 79 cent refund out of the $3.63 , I contacted them about this they wont contact me back about the rest of the money they owe me back. I know it’s not alot of money but it’s not even half of what i paid for it. If you try contact them it gets me nowhere. No one will respond back. Only say they refunded my money. They didnt refund over half of it. I’ve put in a support ticket twice about me not getting the right refund amount back. They ignore me. So I told them I was filing a complaint against them with the proper authorities. But it seems they dont care since I live in The United States they are in China. Seems like this is a scam to me . I would like the $2.84 different back from the $3.63 I paid for item. I can try copy paste purchase transaction of the item if you'd like as proof.
