My complaint:

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes from wish hoping to receive them in the post. The covert19 happened so I thought they would come later as the shipping process extended the shipping time. Nothing turned up so I started to ask for a refund on my shoes. As soon as I asked for a refund on one pair of shoes it automatically said I could not get a refund on anything else because it was outside the date. Status of the product still reads arriving by 7 August like it has left.

Suggested solution:

Resend all the shoe orders I have paid for. As this is what I really wanted. The orders never even left their country. I feel very ripped off
