My complaint:
I purchased a chair for £51, and it has not arrived in 6 months. I contacted the contact support and it didn’t help me at all. The purchase is also not eligible for a refund. I’m very disappointed
Suggested solution:
At least give me my money back £41 plus £10 shipping
