My complaint:

I was trying to check why it was taking so long for my item to get here when I was expecting it to get here today, I went through the Customer Support and it gave me a partial refund for shipping and it’s not letting me track my package to let me see if I’m going to still get my item or not. I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted to check why it was taking so long.

Suggested solution:

I just want to know if I'm still going to get my item and I just want to get my item and I want to be able to check where my package is at right now.

Yes I am the same I want to email them or have more information about my items, but the stupid system doesn’t let me to do anything about my items 😭😭😭
