My complaint:
I bought a Polaroid camera worth $80shipping and it never arrived to me, I’m assuming because of covid, a long with other items. In addition, I got refunded on the other less expensive items but not on the most expensive item. When I asked to get a refund they threw their refund policy at me but never mentioned I only had a certain amount of time to refund OR that the item was not coming to me. How would I know it will not arrive when the tracking said it was coming to me. I bought all the items the same day yet they only refunded me the cheaper items (not including shipping). There is no phone number or anyone to talk to and I want restitution.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money or send me the product I bought.
