My complaint:
I did not receive an order and requested a refund but it was past the 30-day window which I was not aware of. I knew the order could take a long time so wasn’t concerned within the 30-day period. I requested refund but was denied even though it clearly shows I did not receive the item in my tracking info.
Suggested solution:
I should be refunded or credited for the $30 for the pair of shoes I paid for but did not receive
