Wish is not reading my messages and ignoring me.
Message below is what I send previously. Instead of resolving delivery of electric bicycle they refunded money. This is not what I want. I need electric bicycle for this price.
Julie, looks like you are NOT READING my messages. PLEASE READ AND RESPOND: I was ask several times to which shipper Wish is using with no response from you. You are sending to me UPS Tracking Number, but in your message asking to contact my local Post Office customer service. I did contacted both shippers. UPS is saying this number (1Z8Y94F10321567233) belongs to different customer and ask me to contact Wish to clarify. I also was able to reach my local Post Office (after several hour wait for answer my telephone call), and of course they ed the Tracking Number you are giving to me is from UPS not USPS (Post office). When checking Tracking Number on computer I am getting info the Electric Bicycle was delivered on Thursday, Dec 17 at 3.15 pm. At this time I was in front of my house. I saw UPS track but there was no delivery for me. I really need Electric Bicycle for Christmas. Please redeliver. Thank you.
