My complaint:

I ordered 2 packs of bandanas on your website on 12 May …I did not receive an email with an order number but thought I would nearer the time of dispatch. The UK company’s name was something like Heimen?

The payment for £20.62 has appeared on my bank statement for the same day. under 31 203332389
I have tried to try the order but your website is telling me there is no order.
