Complaint: Sending items to the wrong address and charging me twice

My complaint:

I ordered items and when I went to pay it was my old address so I cancelled that order and changed my address and ordered the items again but when I looked today it to was being shipped to the old address and I was charged for the cancelled items and the new order. I would like to get refunded on both orders. It is horrible that you cannot contact wish by phone and talk to a representative with wish.
