My complaint:
I ordered 6 items with wish on June 8 and 9 with an expected delivery date of end of June till July 4. Still not one item has arrived. The expected delivery date is now middle of September, a little late for the air conditioner I ordered. I don’t want these items anymore. I was lied to about the delivery date, I wouldn’t have ordered from wish if I knew it would take so long. I want a full refund in real money, not wish money. I tried calling their phone number but they are not taking calls at the moment. I’m starting to notice other customers with the same issues, who I will be contacting. I will pursue legal action if necessary.
Suggested solution:
Give me a full refund on the card I used. I don't want wish money I want real money. If this is resolved in a timely manner, I will order from wish again and say good things to friends and family.
