My complaint:
On or about Oct. 7, I ordered a cover for a new AppleTV 4k remote. The purchase price was deducted from my Am Exp, account that day. I have NOT received the remote cover, not have I received any explanation about the status of my purchase. You could have walked the remote cover to Sonoma in the intervening nine days. Are you just a scam??
Suggested solution:
Send the remote IMMEDIATELY or refund the purchase price.
