My complaint:
I ordered a part from wish weighted the allotted amount for shipping time got an email saying that the item was delivered on the 25th of April in that email gave me a link to track it also on that email it told me the shipping address was my address 10885 Grand Canal Road Southwest Fife Lake Michigan when I click on the tracking number to track the package it says it was hand delivered that day at 10 in the morning in Kalkaska Michigan which is 20 miles away from where I live I have contacted them numerous times and they keep telling me that there’s nothing they can do about it that it’s my fault that I have the wrong shipping address and they can’t refund the money and I have to file a thing on the website and I go on the website because it’s already been delivered I can’t file a complaint and goes in the customer service and I can’t even type anything to me just keep giving me questions to ask him if I can’t get what I need out I don’t know what to what to do I’m about ready to call my bank and make a float a fraudulent complaint on that particular charge and I don’t know if that’s okay but I’m really irritated and I need help
Suggested solution:
I want my item reship to me and I want it done Express so that I get it when I'm supposed to it was supposed to be delivered the 25th and it's not here and the last day is May 8th I'm not going to get it obviously it was sent to the wrong address and there's nothing they can do about it they told me and that's not right they sent it United States Postal Service but somewhere in their paperwork they messed up the address that's not my fault I paid for it they need to give me my product or a full reimbursement
