My complaint:

I have had so much trouble with an order I put in at Wish. Upon checking my order status, it said package was delivered at my address. I called courier with tracking number provided by Wish and they informed me that the tracking number provided went to another person (which they couldn’t reveal). Courier said I need to contact the sender who will make any corrections.
(Please note I called the courier twice)
When I contacted wish, they kept telling me that the package was delivered. It is as if they didn’t even investigate the tracking number with the addresseelocation. Then they indicated case was resolved. When in actuality, I still do not have my order nor my money back.
What is even more frustrating is there is no one to talk to.
I put in four customer support requests and they all came back we see your order has been delivered.
So there is no quality control, no effective communication nothing good.
