My complaint:

I ordered some items since June 16 and was suppose to receive them since 11th of August, but I have not received them and no mail from wish concerning the delay of delivery. This is not right and it’s unacceptable.

Will like to know the reason for the delivery delay and to know when my goods are to be delivered.
