My complaint:
I bought a LED light therapy machine for 104.00. The machine is defective. There are three lights on it. Red, blue, and IR. The red and blue light turns on and works. The IR light does not turn on. I have been going back and forth for 3 days now trying to get an exchange, since I was happy with the machine. I used it 5 times since last friday when I received it. I keep getting asked if it is defective and if I got the user manual. Basically asking me if I am an idiot and do I know how to select the light I wanna use and push start. At this point because of how hard it is to het anything resolved I just want to get a refund and return the item. It says they have a 30 day money back guarantee. Worst customer service ever. I have never had a problem and I order and spend lots of money with them. This is nothing more than a huge headache. I need help getting this resolved. If this is how it will be, they need to stop selling in the US!

Take back the product and refund me. I am done with this mess!
