My complaint:
I have provided evidence of purchase and evidence of not receiving items I have asked for a refund but wishes replies Rent getting through.
It’s terrible and unprofessional.
With corona and things I have no money or very little and cannot afford theese mistakes to be made on your side of things

Refund me my two purchases as soon as poss
