My complaint:

I had ordered for some items from wish but I couldn’t pay for the items with my credit cards and even through PayPal. When I contacted wish to know what the problem was, I was referred to just answer. I contacted just answer but instead of helping me with the problem, they requested for the card I was trying to use for the payment. My problem was not solved but since then just answer has been deducting money from my account. They are doing this with support of Wish.

Suggested solution:

They should refund the one hundred thousand naira deducted from my account and stop forthwith any further deductions.
