My complaint:
Every single order I put through except for one, keeps getting refunded with NO EXPLANATION, every single time. And you can’t contact customer support through the app, with any questions, they only have specific questions they allow you to ask and have automated answers preloaded, ready to spew back to you which are completely and utterly unhelpful and irrelevant.
Suggested solution:
I want an explanation. I want to know why Wish won't stop doing this. It's ridiculous, unprofessional, unnecessary and unacceptable.
